FAQs

  • 1. How much time will it take to complete the course?

Courses typically consist of multiple chapters and each chapter has one or more tutorials or sections. Once you complete a section you can move on to the next. The time to complete one section equals the duration of the tutorial video. Usually a section lasts roughly 10 minutes. After you have started a tutorial video, the video player indicates how far you have progressed. Of course you can increase the video playback speed, which will reduce the playing time.

The sections are basically stand-alone, and you can hop to any desired section you wish. However, it will be beneficial to watch the videos in the suggested sequence because while the course is progressing, information from the earlier sections is used in the later sections.

You can move through the sections as quickly or slowly as you like. If you want to complete 1 section per day and if a course has 30 sections you will finish in 30 days. On the other hand, if you complete 3 sections per day you will finish in 10 days. It’s completely up to you.

  • 2. What is your refund policy?

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased from the School of Sports Nutrition can be refunded within 7 days after purchase, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect ourselves from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are confirmed after 7 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

  • 7. What are the Payment Methods for the School of Sports Nutrition?

For now, PayPal is the only supported method of payment for School of Sports Nutrition courses in most countries. All prices are set in USD.

When you pay through PayPal and USD is not the default currency of your credit card, the payment will go through currency conversion. Generally, you can choose to use one of the two currency conversion options:

    • Use PayPal's conversion process: PayPal completes your transaction using your card's currency. You can see the transaction exchange rate (which includes PayPal’s currency conversion fee) before you complete the payment. • Use the credit card issuer's conversion process: PayPal debits the amount from your card in USD. In such case PayPal won't know the foreign exchange rate at the time of payment. You'll only see the foreign exchange rate or any additional foreign exchange fees until you receive your card statement. Generally, you'll be able to change the conversion option for your card payment before completing the transaction.
